If the piano cannot be tuned because
- it need to be repaired or restored to playing condition, and the quotation has not been accepted;
- the cost for repairs may exceed the value of the piano, and we decide together not to do the repairs;
- you didn't make the appointment, without making any pre-arangements in a reasonable time;
a call-out fee, equal to the cost of a quotation, will be charged. Johannesburg and other areas outside Pretoria will be serviced at an additional fee which will be discussed during confirmation of the piano tuning appointment. Due to the current traffic conditions between Pretoria and Johannesburg, we will only work in Johannesburg on Saturdays.
